Shipping

Shipping fees within Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein:

First Class Delivery - CHF 9.90

First Class Delivery + Gift Wrapping - CHF 14.90

With the PostPac Priority shipping option, we ensure quick, secure and reliable delivery of your parcels throughout Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein − generally by the next working day, Monday to Friday. For the next working day delivery the order have to be placed before 3pm.

In the near future we will be shipping worldwide but if you have a special request, do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to find a solution.

Returns

Only production defected products are eligible for returns or exhange. See below our warranty policy.

We make every effort to make our product descriptions as accurate as possible. Your feedback helps us to improve everything on an ongoing basis. 

We strive to provide the best possible service. We guarantee that each Product passed quality and check control before being shipped and any production damage or deffects are highly unlikely.

"Right of withdrawal: Swiss law does not provide for a withdrawal period or any other right of return after the order has been sent. The seller can opt for such a clause, but is not legally obliged to do so."

As we only conduct our business within Switzerland, European law does not apply to our shop.

Warranty

We warrant the Products are of merchantable quality and free from material or workmanship defects, provided they are subject to normal use. No additional guarantee is provided.

This warranty does not cover damage to Products caused by accident, misuse and abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, ordinary wear and tear and/or failure to follow the Product’s care advice.

In the unlikely event your Product(s) are found to be manufactury defective, please contact concierge@faboullama.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Please also include photos so we may better assist you. You will have the option of receiving a replacement Product, if available, or a full refund in case of manufactury deffect only.
